Originally from Lisbon, Portugal, I've relocated to Belfast in 2019 to establish myself as a full-time freelance translator. With over eight years of experience in translation and a solid academic background, I offer specialized expertise in English-Portuguese (EU) Translation and Proofreading.
My journey as a freelance translator began in 2016, during the second year of my Translation degree (BA), at the University of Lisbon. Since then, I have collaborated on diverse projects spanning websites, apps, books, documents, audiovisual content, pharmaceutical texts, motor vehicle manuals, finance, crypto, and marketing materials.

During my three years of translation studies at the University of Lisbon, I have mastered English C2 (Academic Writing), Portuguese linguistics, and various other translation-related subjects.
